How are meetings and lunches between top decision-makers and exhibitors organized?

 

Powerful “matchmakinging” software has been rolled out by Weyou Group to ensure that your meetings and lunches meet your expectations. Top Decision-makers and Exhibitors can access this platform one month before the trade event to manage their meeting requests via their intranet.

 

Meetings scheduling is divided into three main stages:  

 

 

 

ONE MONTH BEFORE THE EXHIBITION

 

 

 1. Requests for meetings and lunches (one month before the trade show):

Top Decision-makers and Exhibitors make meeting and lunch requests, with twice as many requests being made as can actually be accepted in order to ensure quality meetings.

  

 2. Acceptance / rejection of meetings and lunches:

This phase allows each participant to view the list of meetings and lunches to which they have been invited and to accept or reject them. Requests rejected by either party are removed and are not scheduled.

 

 3. Automatic meetings scheduling:

Once these two stages are completed, the software matches up the responses of the Top Decision-makers and Exhibitors.

 

 

A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE EXHIBITION 

 

You will be informed of the appointments schedule a few days prior to the event.
